Arkan | Infamous Criminal, Bounty Hunter
Once the most infamous criminal in the world, Arkan has immense knowledge and skill as a bounty hunter. The change in career happened when he was finally captured by the government. To his surprise, they striked a deal with him - he would no longer be a target of the government if he helped them dispose of criminals.
